Client, You, and Your are used to designate any individual, business, CPA firm, accounting practice or other entity using our website or services.

Canadian Cypress provides bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial administration services from our office in Victoria, British Columbia. Our core services include:

• Bookkeeping & Financial Reconciliations: Maintaining general ledger, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Payroll Administration: To process payroll, set up direct deposits, and manage payroll statutory deductions.
• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR): Process vendor invoices, process payments and customer invoicing and process accounts receivable activities to support good financial performance.
• CPA & Accounting Firm Support (Canada & USA): Providing custom bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and administrative back office services to meet the business requirements of CPA Firms and public accounting practices in Canada and the USA.

2. No Professional Advice or CPA-Client Relationship

The information on www.canadiancypress.ca is meant to be for general information only.

• No Tax or Legal Advice: Use of our website, its content, and the submission of any inquiry does not establish a professional relationship, nor does it provide any tax, legal or certified public accounting advice.
• Engagement Requirement: There is a signed engagement agreement Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) before a formal professional relationship is established.

We will not be liable for any penalties, audit adjustments, tax reassessments or other problems caused by inaccurate, incomplete or missing information submitted to us.
• We do our best to keep our site secure and accessible to all users, but we are not responsible for the uninterrupted use of this site or for our site being free of technical problems, cyber threats, and other factors that are outside our control.

5. Cross-Border Governance & Compliance Alignment

Canadian Cypress recognizes the value of safeguarding financial data in international accounting processes. The practices used within our organization are intended to comply with applicable privacy and data protection needs, as described in our Privacy Policy.
